ENSERV deploys multidisciplinary, safety-certified personnel ready to integrate directly into onshore and offshore drilling operations across Saudi Arabia and the Gulf. Our rosters include ABS-certified structural welders, qualified rig mechanics, rig supervisors, certified crane operators, forklift drivers, industrial painters, and roustabouts trained to Aramco and international HSE standards.
From our heavy fabrication facility in Saudi Arabia, ENSERV executes custom structural oilfield manufacturing under ISO 9001:2015 controls. Verified project execution includes eight (8) mud chemical storage skids for Helmerich & Payne, mud tank pipeline modifications, and active rig site piping repairs.
ENSERV procures and distributes API-compliant flow control equipment and drilling consumables. Key product lines include high-pressure valves rated up to 15,000 PSI / 420 BAR (Balon, Demco, and Techfluid), rotary vibrator and choke hoses (API 7K / 16C), hammer unions (Figure 100 through Figure 1502), forged steel fittings, handling tools, and rig PPE.
ENSERV maintains a 24/7 technical mobilization desk from our central Saudi Arabia facility. We stage emergency rig spares, arrange certified heavy road transport, and coordinate cross-border logistics between Saudi Arabia, Dubai, and Bahrain to minimize non-productive time (NPT) for active drilling operations.
